Amazon River, Peru

Pastor Julio Sinaragua has been planting and building churches in the Trest Fronteras – the area of the Amazon where Peru, Colombia, and Brazil come together. During this time, Pastor Julio has built 33 churches and trained pastors and leaders across the region. He and his wife also lead a thriving children’s outreach and his son-in-law, Cesar Ausejo, leads evangelism teams and leadership development. We have had a relationship with Pastor Julio for more than 18 years. We are thankful to call them Partners in Ministry, developing training materials and empowering leaders.

Visión de RAMAS

RAMAS existe para conectar la Iglesia global, especialmente fomentando relaciones entre iglesias en EE. UU. y Perú, trabajando juntas para extender el Reino de Dios. Creemos que cuando la Iglesia está unida por el Espíritu Santo, se generan lazos de amor y colaboración que glorifican a Dios y transforman comunidades. Nuestra misión incluye facilitar viajes misioneros de corto plazo, promover el compañerismo cristiano y movilizar iglesias hacia las naciones.

RAMAS nació en el corazón de César mientras servía con Juventud con una Misión y desarrollaba Mission Tour Perú. Con el tiempo, Dios le reveló una nueva manera de hacer misiones: conectar personas e iglesias con las comunidades de Perú. El nombre RAMAS refleja nuestra identidad como ramas conectadas a Cristo, la vid verdadera (Juan 15:5), y nuestro deseo es que, a través del discipulado, el Reino de Dios crezca en Perú y más allá.

Desde niño, César creció admirando a los misioneros que llegaban a su comunidad. Hoy ve con gratitud cómo Dios lo ha llamado a servir de esa misma manera. Si Dios lo hizo con él, también puede hacerlo con cualquiera que se disponga a obedecer.

RAMAS Vision

RAMAS exists to connect the global Church, especially by fostering relationships between U.S. and Peruvian churches working together to expand God’s Kingdom. We believe that when the Church is united by the Holy Spirit, bonds of love and collaboration are formed that glorify God and transform communities. Our mission includes facilitating short-term mission trips, encouraging Christian fellowship, and mobilizing churches to go to the nations.

RAMAS was born in César’s heart while serving with Youth With A Mission and developing Mission Tour Peru. Over time, God revealed a new way of doing missions: connecting people and churches with the communities of Peru. The name RAMAS, meaning “branches,” reflects our identity as branches connected to Christ, the true vine (John 15:5), and our desire is that through discipleship, God’s Kingdom will grow in Peru and beyond.

As a child, César admired the missionaries who visited his community. Today, he sees with gratitude how God has called him to serve in that same way. If God did it with him, He can do it with anyone who is willing to follow His call.
