UHM Organizational Structure

Urban Harvest Ministries has three entities which provide leadership and counsel in fulfillment of our vision. These are the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board, and City Boards:

The UHM Board of Directors is responsible to fulfill the mission of the organization through:

Oversight - spiritual, organizational, and structural

Innovation - generating ideas and policies that propel the organization forward

Accountability - financial; integrity of leadership policies and mission; defining and keeping focus on the vision of the organization through growth and change.

The Advisory Board is a body of spiritual cover and accountability, providing practical and spiritual counsel, prayer and support to the leadership of UHM. Advisory Board members include pastors, missionaries, administrators and businessmen.

City Boards are established in each target city for local oversight of implementation and development of strategic plan, to build and expanding the network, to resource the vision, and for financial integrity and oversight of local budgetary disbursements.
